STACEY WOODSON is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, entrepreneur, speaker, and author dedicated to transforming how people think about nutrition and wellness.

With an earth-centered approach, Stacey blends nutrition science, cultural wisdom, and nature-inspired principles to help individuals reconnect with food. Her ‘food as medicine’ philosophy goes beyond traditional dietary advice, empowering people to explore nutrient-dense foods and understand the deep cultural roots of eating. Passionate about food equity, Stacey advocates for affordable, accessible nutrition and helps people rediscover meaningful connections to their dietary traditions.

Her children’s book series, ‘Delicious and Nutritious,’ draws inspiration from her own family, bringing playful and educational nutrition stories to young readers. Stacey lives in Philadelphia, PA, with her husband, three children, and their beloved cat.
